At Click a Holiday, we believe in the power of travel. With coronavirus (COVID-19) now declared a global pandemic and the ongoing uncertainty around the full impact, we wanted to share with you all what we are doing. We have had the privilege to serve you, our customers all around the world and now we are contacting you personally to share more.
Everyone’s health, safety and wellbeing, is always our first priority and as you can imagine, we are closely monitoring the situation and guidance from World Health Organisation (WHO), as well as our travel partners to ensure we are working with, as well as sharing, the most up-to-date information as possible. As the situation evolves and policies vary by country we are encouraging everyone to stay informed and follow the recommendations of your local government or health authorities.
Following the suspension of any future holidays we will be providing our passengers who are travelling within the next 6 weeks with the option of an amendment or a rebook voucher. We would be sending these directly to you.
For those travelling now and with upcoming travel bookings, we wanted to reassure you and share that our teams are working around the clock to provide everyone with the support they need. We have increased the availability of our travel advisors to ensure that we can better manage your reservations. Our current priority and focus is to help travellers with immediate trips to minimise disruption as much as possible but to also allow our customers to travel more confidently in the future. We are proactively working with our partners to understand the impact of any booking; immediate or future, and will reach out to any affected travellers as we find out new information. For now, unless we have contacted you, future bookings are going ahead as planned.
If you are planning a new travel booking, we strongly encourage you to book flexible options; such as free cancellation and change options and to look out for updated news from us, our travel partners and the destination you wish to visit.
We recognise that these are challenging and uncertain times and we wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support and understanding. We will stay close to monitoring the situation and will communicate any updates to you as they unfold. Our colleagues are working as hard and as quickly as they can to continue to support you. Whenever you are ready to travel again, we will be here, ready to serve and support you and your needs.
